The first time you enter the Android page, you get an announcement that says the Android 3 is here. You are invited to click a link and you will be directed towards the page of the new version of the Android operating system for mobile platforms.
The page contains in fact other page, is a sort of a site of its own, which is similar to the pages presented earlier for the Android versions, such as Froyo. The Android page presents more than information about the new system. It allows the developers to realise what are their chances of succeeding in delivering the best apps for Android, which are pretty high if you ask me, which I am not a developer. I know that if you like what you do, you can get really, really high and the people will start to know you and your products.
The Android platform will not teach you how to code, but most likely you will find some novelties when you will enter this environment. You have two sections when you enter this page. The first one is What’s New and the second is Press/Media. Every single one of them is large and you can actually create other sites out of the pages you have here. But this is Google, they like to provide all sort of information, so that we are always informed. After all, the applications you will create for Android, which is a Google brand, have to be the best in this segment.
The partners can learn more if they access this site, the developers also, as I already mentioned and they can find out how to distribute the apps in the Android Market. So, the marketers if I can name them this way, can discover information for themselves also on this site.11
