You know how Dell always recommends Microsoft Windows, and they do it for a good reason, because the Microsoft systems are very good; well, it seems that in the case of Dell Streak 7, they have made a collaboration with Android, because this tablet computer runs the Android 2.2 operating system, also known as Froyo.
If you enter the British version of the Dell.com site, you will see that this tablet computer has been reviewed as having 3 stars and a half, the price of a tablet like this being of 198.5 GBP. The LS is enhanced with the Over The Air Upgrade Capability. This is the first feature of this tablet computer that you see when you click on tech specs, in order to see the details of this product. The processor is manufactured by Nvidia (Tegra 2), the display has 7 inches, which makes this tablet computer the perfect mobile device, the screen mode is WVGA and the resolution provided by this tablet is the resolution provided by any other 7 inch tablet, 800×480. Here we are talking about capacitive multitouch screen, that comes with a Corning Gorilla Glass, a wonder of technology.

Other thing that I would like to mention is the possibility of playing applications that you can download from the Android Market, apps that require your you to use multitouch controls. For example you can play soccer with your friends and instead of your feet, you can use your fingers, this is a very funny game. At the Camera chapter, we have a front facing camera with 1.3 MP and a rear camera, that has 5.0 MP, camera that is capable of recording videos. The front facing camera helps you in your video chat conversations.

The browser is WebKit and it supports Adobe Flash 10.1. You get 16 GB of internal storage, but also the possibility of increasing that storage up to 32 GB, thanks to the SD memory cards, that can be used by the users when they want to access more documents at the same time. The processor is capable of running more applications or little programs at the same time, but I don't recommend you to stress the processor very much even from the beginning. When you buy an electronic device, first of all try to accommodate yourself to it and only when you know its capabilities, run multiple applications.
