As you can see from the title of our article, the app presented here is Notepad Notes, created by Social & Mobile Inc. In fact the true name of the application is ColorNote Notepad Notes. This is a free application, that has received almost 5 stars on Amazon, which makes me glad, because I like to see how the Android applications benefit of all the appreciation from the users that download them.

What I also like to see is a great interface for the apps that I use. And this application has this feature as well. Just look at the images presented in our article too and you will see what I'm talking about; you see beautiful colors, interesting shapes, everything that you need just not to forget what you have planned for this they or for this week. The some of the categories of your notepad notes or something like this: quick thoughts, memo, shopping lists, rainbow colors (I don't know what this category does), black (probably this is a category where you will place the things that must be done, things that you don't want to do), white (the reverse of what I have said earlier), color note, to do list and more if you want. I imagine that you can customize the little sheets of paper, virtual sheets obviously, that appear on the home screen of your device.

If you used to use only your pen or pencil and a piece of paper, from now on you will start using the new technologies, meaning that if you have a mobile phone or a tablet computer, that runs Android, I think you should download this application, which by the way is free, because it will help you a lot. For example, I like to cook and sometimes because I cook too much, I forget to buy some of the ingredients needed to do a special dish and because I am ashamed to look on the list that may be in my pocket, which is not, because I have said that I'm ashamed to look at it, I could use an application like this on my mobile device.

So, you don't know what applications to download for your Android tablet, right? Let me come with a few examples. In today's article, I will present one application that you can also download from Amazon and in the article that I will write next, I will present another one. The first app that I would like to present now is Swamp Defense and the next application will be Stellar Escape.

The app presented in this article, Swamp Defense, costs $0.99 and it is developed by EntwicklerX. I had to look twice at the name of the developer, because I don't want to do any mistake in spelling it. This application is destined to children, as long as they are older than 9. The description of this application starts with the next phrase: “Run for your lives!”. You have to protect the swamp from the monsters that are attacking it; it may seem easy, but trust me, it is not, because the monsters with which you will have to find rely on their best weapon, which is their ugliness. You will have to combat 8 types of hideous monsters that appear from the swamp.

If you have weapons, you can fight with them in a more easy way and managed to kill them rapidly, but the weapons are expensive and you don't really have enough money to buy them. I know that some music tracks that you can download from Amazon.com sometimes come for free and I believe that using Amazon MP3, you can also download some free tracks. It is said that you can get the same low prices that you can receive from Amazon and also the same deals. You can benefit of the Cloud Player that allows you to play the music that you save to your Cloud Drive. This is a rather new feature of the MP3 players today, but a feature that will be used more and more in the future.

You don't have to get fooled by the people that are saying that if you have the Android operating system created by Android, which is a division of Google or something (it is connected to Google, that's for sure), the rest of the software programs that you install on that Android tablet or smartphone, depending on what you have, should be also developed by Google Android. It is not true; you can install in your device and a software program that you want, just make sure that you will use that program, because if you will not, you will occupy the space in your internal memory compartment for nothing with that application.

For today, I have thought to present an application created for the Android devices, application that is in my opinion more recommended to children. I can see that this application can be downloaded and played, because this is a game, by everyone, but taking into consideration the screenshots that are available online, I believe that this is more an application created for children. The name of this application is Gem Spinner. Not only that it is an app destined to children, but it will allow your children to develop some brain skills, such as the distributive attention. This app costs 2 dollars and it was developed by Tiny Bite Games. Until now this application has received almost 4 stars which is good, taking into consideration that the first time when this application was available on Amazon was on February 9, 2011. In other words, this application is available for more than 6 months on Amazon and since February, almost 100 people have said that this is a good application.

What do you think you are supposed to do when you play this game? We have been asked to write about an Amazon app created for the Android devices. I had no idea that from the Amazon.com site you can also buy software programs that can be installed in your Android or Apple devices. So today I will not speak about the Amazon Kindle application, as you might expect, but about an application that can be indeed downloaded from the Amazon site, because there will be make a connection between this site and the Android Market. I wanted to say this, because there are some users that believe that the applications created for the Apple devices or for the Android smartphones or tablets can be only downloaded from Apple.com or from Android.com, which is not exactly true. You can download apps as you can see from other sites, for example Amazon.com.

Today I have thought to present Spinballs, an application created by Christian Gross, app that has received on Amazon almost 4 stars. The price of this application is of $2.49. I can see that the first image that you will get on your screen has several options, which is natural, that allow you to start the application, allow you to see how this app can be played, because there is a tutorial that tells you all about it, there is a Highscores option, a Settings option and also Info.

If you will enter Amazon.com, the location where this application is described, besides the screenshots that are available there, you will benefit also of a short video, that has only 1 minute and 12 seconds, that will present you exactly how the things are going if you want to play this app. Basically you have 7 circles that contain other 6 little circles that are differently colored; your job is to rotate those main circles in order for the little circles to be arranged one to another, so that they will form a line made of 3 identical circles. If you manage to combine more than 3 circles at a time, you will receive more points. This is a very good game for children, because it helps them to develop some brain skills. I would definitely recommend this game to my children.

As I have said in my previous paragraph, this application can be bought, not downloaded for free. Its price is of $0.99. As the screenshots of this application show you, you have to take on wave after wave of aliens that are shooting at you. I love the fact that you can choose certain soundtracks and also I like the fact that the graphics is so great. It is said that this game contains 10 levels or stages. Nevertheless, there are only 3 levels of difficulty that provide you with a challenging gameplay. The background, the images that are presented in the back of the main action are so masterfully created, that the people who did them should receive an award or something. The size of this application is of 5.6 MB and the approximate download time is of less than 1 minute In order to play this application you have to have Android 2.1 or later.

For today, I have taken into account an application that is related to movies and motion pictures that you see in theaters. You can download this application and play it on your Android device, but if you have children that are small, you must know that this app is recommended to those who are 9 or older.

Are you interested in all devices manufactured by Archos, which run the Android 2.2 operating system? Because I don't know if a product can use this OS when it is upgraded, just like the Microsoft Windows XP computers can use Windows 7 and I don't want to make you confused. For example, on Amazon.com, you can find a product created by this manufacturer that you have requested us to write a review about, product that is known as Arnova, only that on Amazon, it is said that this electronic device runs with Android 2.1 operating system. I don't know if the user that has bought this product from Amazon upgraded the operating system and I don't know either if you can do this when speaking about the Arnova tablet computer manufactured by Archos.

There are products on Amazon and not only, that have within their descriptions this one also: with the possibility of upgrading to Android x.x (I will not mention any version of this operating system; I just wanted to provide a short example). So, there are many tablet computers in this case which can run the Android 2.2 operating system. Even those that initially ran Android 2.0 may be able to use Android 2.2 or Android 3.0, if they are properly updated.

So instead of choosing Everything, you will go to News. By the way Everything is selected by default. Today is September 9, 2011 and the news related to the Android tablets refer to the fact that iBall will launch a tablet or at least this is what Times of India says, to the fact that HP TouchPad is going to be a tablet for productivity (or this is what The Express Tribune asks themselves and also asks us), some other news refer to the Android smartphones, not necessarily tablets, there is one particular article from International Business Times that speaks about the Amazon’s tablet and another one saying that Sony announces that they will release 2 Android tablets (good to know) and others.

It is true that I do not live in the United States, but in Europe, and I'm very surprised to see that every time I look for Android tablets on Google, without my will, I get to see only Indian Android tablets. Not only that, but there are presented a lot of sites containing information about Indian tablets.
